ONE-OFF HOUSE
High End Service As Standard
JLRW can design unique, bespoke, one-off designs. We have a reputation for well-considered, quality concept designs, always thinking of functional design solutions to achieve a site’s full, whilst never compromising on aesthetic quality or build. We can design various styles, from ultra-contemporary to more traditional styles such as Georgian or Arts & Crafts. We treat each project uniquely – explicitly designed to meet the client’s needs and site conditions.
REMODELLING
Visualise The Design In 3D
At JLRW Architecture, we specialise in unlocking the potential of your house. Often, by remodelling the existing building, a house’s full value can be realised. We can re-design, extend, and enhance the original form by working with the existing structure, creating state-of-the-art homes with bespoke design features and eco-credentials. We can remodel existing impractical layouts to suit modern living, whilst we can also dramatically update dated, unappealing and dilapidated exteriors to represent an entirely new property.
TECHNICAL
RIBA & ARB Registered
All of the architectural staff at JLRW have a mixed technical and planning background; this ensures that at all design stages, consideration is given to construction methods, as well as the fire and building control requirements. We have a very close working relationship with independent Building Control companies and Local Authorities. We always work in a full 3D BIM (Building Information Modelling) format to ensure that our technical information is produced to the highest standards, accurate, thoroughly workable, and coordinated on-site. If your project already has planning permission, we will happily lead you through the construction stage for your project.
